Q: I can't find the download link for my order?

A: Check your inbox (or junk mail folder) for an email from Children’s Ministry Deals with the subject line “Your Download Link.”  If you have a Gmail account you will want to check in your “Promotions Folder.”  If you still don’t see it, just fill out the contact form above and we will get a new download link sent to you right away. 

Q: I can't open the ZIP folder or my computer says it was not properly decoded or I need to purchase WinRAR?

A: You do not need to purchase additional software to open our files, you may just need to manually unzip the files. To open a zipped folder on a PC, drag the .zip folder to the desktop then double click (or right click and select “decompress”) to open it. To open zipped file or folder on a Mac, drag the .zip folder to your desktop then double-click on the file to unzip it. Here’s a short video that shows how to unzip files on Windows 10

Q: I can't view my curriculum files, my computer says they are corrupted?

A: If you are unable to view your curriculum files, you may need to update your computer’s PDF viewer (Adobe).  It’s easy and free!  You can update your PDF viewer by clicking here: http://get.adobe.com/reader/

Q. I’m getting an Application Not Found Error

A: This is an error that occasionally pops up in Windows when opening a .ZIP file.  You watch this video on Youtube below where someone explains how to easily fix this.

Q: I can’t find my receipt.  Could you send me a new one?

A: Of course!  However, it may already be in your inbox.  To be sure, check your inbox (or junk folder) for an email from Children’s Ministry Deals.  If you have a Gmail account you will want to check your “Promotions Folder.”  If you still don’t see it, just fill out the contact form at the top of this page and we will send a shiny new copy of your receipt.

Q: Can I use your curriculum on an iPad or iPhone?

A:  All of our curriculum comes as a .zip file. iPads and iPhones cannot open .zip files so you will need to open the files on a desktop or laptop computer. After the files have been unzipped however, they are in PDF format so you can then transfer them to your iPad and open them using your preferred app for viewing PDF files.

Q: How do I create an account?

A: You can use this page to create an account. An account will securely store all of your shipping/billing information so you will not have to type it in each time you complete a transaction.

Q: How do I recover a lost password for my account?

A: To retrieve a lost password, use our account login page and select "Forgot Your Password?".   Then enter the email address associated with your CMD account and you will receive an email with your new password.

Q: Do you have sample lessons I can view?

A: Yes!  We have a HUGE collection of sample lessons you can download for free.

Q: What can I do if my credit card is being declined?

A: Confirm that the address, specifically the zip code, that is associated with the credit card is correct.  If verifying the address does not work, try using a different browser like FireFox or Internet Explorer.  Google Chrome tends to have more issues processing credit card payments.  

Q: Can I pay over the phone?

A: Unfortunately we don’t take payments over the phone.  You can pay online using our secure checkout using a credit or debit card.

Q: How do I use my discount code?

A: Just enter your code in the "Discounts" box during checkout and hit the “Apply” button.  You’ll see the price change to reflect your coupon.  If the price doesn't change then the code hasn't been applied.

Q: Does the curriculum come in the mail?

A: All of our curriculum comes as an instant download.  This helps save time and makes things much more convenient for our customers.  That means you get all of your curriculum instantly, and can access it anytime from any computer.

Q: In what format does your curriculum come?

A: All of our curriculum includes both large group and small group components to work with any size ministry.  All the text files come as PDF documents so they are compatible with both PC and Mac operating systems.

Q: What age range is your curriculum for?

A: We offer a variety of curriculum for kids ages 1-18.  Just click the links below to find the curriculum for your age range.

For preschool (1-5 years old)

Q: How can I get my worship videos to play?

A: You may need to update your Quicktime player on your computer.  It’s easy and free and you can do it here: http://support.apple.com/kb/DL837

Q: Are there graphics our church can use for our own publication purposes?

A: Yes!  We encourage you to use any of our graphics in your curriculum to promote the lessons at your church or in the community.
