During this unusual season we find ourselves in many people will find themselves stuck at home or in nursing homes and other care facilities. These letter templates provide an easy opportunity for kids to write a note of encouragement and draw a picture to help brighten someone's day.
These templates have 2 formats, one with prompts for someone the child is familiar with (grandparent or other relative) and one with prompts for a stranger. That way you can encourage kids to write notes to relatives and neighbors, but also to strangers in nursing homes who may feel especially alone at this time.
Kids can use the space at the bottom or back of the page to draw a picture or they may want to include a separate sheet of paper.
