    "This is a great lesson plan for Thanksgiving, but any other time of the year as well - since thanksgiving should be a main theme in the life of a believer. Though I'd change the intro play which I find a little disrespectful towards Grandmothers, and honestly, Grandma's bad candies are less and less of a thing. I would alter the story by the boy teaching his brother to say thanks to Jesus for his grandma, cuz being grateful FOR her would help him be grateful TO her. Anyways, other that, I really love the whole lesson plan. From the object lesson, through games, review qs, the small group discussion questions, and I appreciate the "Make it stick" part that helps you keep the message alive all week - and as long as you continue putting these ideas into practice."
