Escape Room Themed Bible Lessons for Kids! 

Who doesn’t love a good escape room? Solve the mystery, complete the riddle in time, and escape! Or don’t, and you still get to escape after 60 minutes. That little fact definitely takes away a lot of the stress of being “trapped” in a room.  But there are several stories in the Bible where people found themselves really trapped with only one possible way of escape. With each lesson in this series, kids will have a mystery to solve that points them to the God who is the only true hope of escape and salvation.

Lessons:

Escape From Angry Army & A Raging Sea
Scripture: Exodus 14:5-29, Crossing the Red Sea  
Is there any hope of escape with a strong army on one side and a raging sea on the other? Moses learned that victory comes when we follow God's instructions.
Objective: Kids will learn that God can always make a way.

Escape From The Fiery Furnace
Scripture: Daniel 3:7-29, The Fiery Furnace
Can you figure out what it takes to enter the fiery furnace and live? Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego learned that the key is trusting in God. 
Objective: Kids will learn that we can trust God no matter what.

Escape From The Lions’ Den
Scripture: Daniel 6:10-23, The Lion's Den
How do you survive a night in a cave full of hungry lions? Daniel learned the power of remaining faithful to God.
Objective: Kids will learn that putting God first is always the right choice.

Escape From The Mad Murderous King
Scripture: Matthew 2:1-21, The Escape to Egypt
Is there any hope of survival when a madman is after you? Joseph learned that God speaks to us and shows us the best way.
Objective: Kids will learn that when God calls us, we should follow.
