When we don’t have Jesus in our hearts, we’re like a pumpkin that is disconnected from the vine and hollowed out on the inside. We can put on a nice face, but pretty soon, the emptiness inside will be exposed. Unlike pumpkins, though, we can have hope. When we put our faith in Jesus, He can wash away our sins and fill our hearts with joy for all eternity.
Objective: Kids will learn that they need a Savior, and that Savior is Jesus.
