    Frequently Asked Questions

    Which Curriculum Can I Use My Code For?
    You can download any Children's, Preschool, Preteen, or Youth Ministry Curriculum series on our store that is up to 12-Weeks long with your code.  If a curriculum is available to purchase, then you can order it with your code.  The code will not work for series that are listed as "Coming Soon" or for special series that are longer than 12 lessons. The code can also not be used to purchase special curriculum formats - such as printed curriculum or curriculum + bonus videos.  The code will only work for the traditional digital download format.

    What if I want to cancel?
    Cancel anytime.  No strings attached.  We can't offer refunds for a previous month's charge, but you can cancel future charges at anytime.  Just email us at deals@childrens-ministry-deals.com and we'll be glad to help you out.
    What if I forgot to use my code?
    No worries.  Just email us at deals@childrens-ministry-deals.com and let us know within 15 days of your code's expiration date and we'll be glad to help you out.
