This printable is a SUPER easy way for you to help all the kids in your Children's Ministry give something special to their mom on Mother's Day. Each download includes a list of questions kids can answer about their mom as well as a 2nd page for them to draw a picture of their mom.
Just print out as many copies as you need to give one to each child and then let them sign their name and decorate the page however they would like!
