Queen Esther - Chosen By God
The story of Esther is an amazing one – the story of a girl who became queen and saved her people. Preschoolers will learn that just like Esther, God has chosen us to serve him too. That means we need to listen, obey, have the courage to carry out God's plans. In Queen Esther 4-Week Preschool Ministry Curriculum, kids will learn we have all been chosen by God to serve him.

A Special Place
Scripture: Esther 2:1-18, Esther Becomes Queen
Esther started as an unknown girl, an outsider in a strange land. She went on to become the queen of a vast kingdom. Through every step, she obeyed her family, listened to the wisdom of others, and followed God.
Objective: Preschoolers will learn “God's People Listen and Follow.”
Do What's Right
Scripture: Esther 2:21-22, Mordecai & Esther Save the King
Mordecai learned that two men wanted to hurt the king. He told Queen Esther and instructed her to tell the king. Esther did the right thing and listened to Mordecai, saving the king's life.
Objective: Preschoolers will learn “God's People Do What's Right.”
Obey God's Law
Scripture: Esther 6, Mordecai Honored
Mordecai would not bow down to Haman; he bowed only to God. This made Haman angry. Haman wanted to hurt Mordecai, but instead, Mordecai was honored for helping the king. God's people obey God's law even when others don't.
Objective: Preschoolers will learn “God's People Obey God No Matter What.”
Be Brave
Scripture: Esther 7, Esther Stands Up for Her People
God's people were in trouble. Esther took a big step of courage to help them. She went to the king – which was against the king's law – in order to save them from Haman’s horrible plan.
Objective: Preschoolers will learn “God's People Have Courage.”
