Jesus Said What? Sunday School Lesson Overview:

Memory Verse: “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.” Hebrew 13:8 (NIrV)

I AM...

Scripture: John 8:42-59, Jesus Claims About Himself

To the people of the Old Testament – Abraham, Joseph, Moses – God was the great “I AM.” When Jesus said, “before Abraham was born, I AM!” he was telling the people that he was God himself – he was with the Father from the beginning of time.

    We loved it!

"We did the sample lesson and the kids loved, we will definitely be purchasing this curriculum."

Engaging and a great start, but lacks depth

"It is engaging for the kids and simple to follow for teachers. It does not go in much depth and our teachers are having to add a lot more to the Biblical truth section. For example: the lesson focuses a lot on the aspects of Jesus as the bread of life and we need our daily bread in prayer, reading the Bible, worship, etc. But it barely touches on the fact that Jesus is bread that is eternal and gives everlasting life through His love and sacrifice on the cross. I feel like curriculum just touches the surface of the Gospel and that part is disappointing."

    Easy to use!

"Just what we are looking for! Easy lessons ready to go! Small group and large group. Perfect!"

Jesus Said What Lesson- Great for all ages!

"We use this lesson for a Family Day Camp! This lesson kept the attention of our youngest kids and adults! The guessing game at the beginning was a favorite for everyone! I’m looking at the whole lesson set for our preteen kids now!"

    Lorna B. (4/5)

    A good place to start.

"I got this one as a freebie and would like the others in the series. Adaptible to middle school age. The guts are good, but I usually have to pull other activities/games from other sources to fit the middle school/junior high age group."

    Betsy C. (4/5)

    All In One!

"This curriculum is fantastic. It is laid out well and easy for your children’s ministry workers to use. It is fun and engaging and it includes everything from the lesson to craft activities and games. It also has detailed lists that include the supply lists you will need for each activity. The best part is that there is a take home component for parents to continue the lesson at home throughout the week. We are excited to have stumbled on this curriculum and look forward to using more of their lesson plans in our children’s ministry in the future!"
