Ingredients List:

  • Two 4oz Bottles of Elmer’s Clear School Glue
  • Two Tablesoons of Eye Contacts Saline Solution
  • One Teaspoon of Baking Soda
  • Food Coloring 
  • Glitter (optional)

Slime Recipe Ingredients

Slime Ingredients Cost:  Less than $10. But the ingredients can be used to make more than one batch of slime.

Where To Buy: Everything is available at Walmart

Time To Make: 5 minutes

Does It Stink: No

Does It Stain Clothes: My guess is that it might stain white clothing, but doesn't seem like it would stain anything else

Is It Safe To Eat: No

Do You Need to Refrigerate It: No

Can It Be Stored: Yes

How To Store It: Airtight container at room temperature

Helpful Tips: A little bit of glitter goes a long way when you make this.

Overall: This slime was the easiest to make and the best of all the recipes I tried.

LOSER: Recipe #2

Name of Slime: Glooze 

Ingredients List:

  • 7 Tablespoons of Skim Milk 
  • 1 tablesoon of Vinegar 
  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • Coffee Filter
  • Food Coloring

Ingredients Cost: Less than $10.

Time to Make: 20 minutes 

Does It Stink: Yes!

Does It Stain Clothes: Only if you add food coloring 

Is It Safe To Eat: Probably, but it would be disgusting

Do You Need a Refrigerator: No

Can You Store It: Yes

How To Store It: Plastic Tupperwear 

Helpful Hints: DO NOT MAKE THIS SLIME

Glooze

Overall: I tried to make this slime three times. The first two times did not work at all. The third time kinda worked. However, it does not even seem like slime after some time. It goes back to liquid. This recipe is way too hard to make!

We found this slime recipe on YouTube.

  • Salt
  • Water
  • 50 oz of Clear Glue
  • Food Coloring
  • Glitter
  • Cling Wrap

Does It Stain Clothes: Yes

Is It Safe To Eat: No

Do You Need To Refrigerate It: No

Can You Store It: Yes

Helpful Tips: This slime is VERY complicated to make.

Failed Slime Attempt

Overall:  This slime is very hard to make and it did NOT turn out like the slime they showed being made in the video.  DO NOT make this slime.
